How to Make a Napkin Holder using Yogurt Container
We bought some delicious low-fat plain yoghurt from Mountain High Yoghurt the other day. I have been eating it for a few days now, with granola and fruit and it has been a delicious breakfast for sure!
When I finished the first container, I decided to make something pretty out of it. A planter sounded like a great idea, but I just bought a few terra cotta planters and I didn’t need any more. So when my sister got here from Mexico to visit, and we had a picnic last weekend for Memorial Day we had the great idea of making a napkin holder out of the yoghurt container!
Check it out, it was so easy to make, it is definitely a great DIY for upcoming picnics and parties when you don’t want to spend lots of money on accessories and stuff.
- Acrylic Paint and a brush
- Yogurt container
- Cut two rectangles out of the middle of the container.
- Paint and decorate the container and wait until it dries.
- That easy! Add a couple of napkins and start having fun!
Hope you like this idea, it’s great being able to recycle and reuse stuff we find in the products we consume and love!
