How to Make a Glitter Flower Vase Centerpiece
Reuse a glass vase and transform it into a beautiful centerpiece to decor your home, wedding, birthday party or just to surprise your friends and let them know how special they are. Easy, pretty and inexpensive.
I have moved quite a bit for the last 8 years of my life. I lived in Viña del Mar, Chile, Tabasco, Mexico, North Carolina and California, USA. When I was a kid we moved a lot too, all over Mexico, so I guess that’s why I never thought that moving was bad or scary. Actually I’ve always felt like it was something that made me stronger and more open to interesting experiences.
One of the things I love about moving to all those places, is being able to find new friends on the way.
Making friends can be hard at the beginning, but when you do, it feels good. I know I’ve found a friend when we can get together for a cafecito and talk about life and family.
Sometimes a little detail like surprising them with some flowers could be enough to let them know how much you appreciate their friendship.
So I made a glittery flower vase from a recycled NESCAFÉ® Clásico ™ bottle for a new friend that just moved to our apartment complex.
Don’t wait to let a friend know how special they are, just do it, surprise them with something special.
- NESCAFÉ® Clásico ™ empty bottle
- Mod podge
- Cover the NESCAFÉ® Clásico ™ bottle with mod podge.
- Throw glitter all over the bottle until you cover it completely.
- Wait a few minutes until it dries, add water and your favorite flowers.
Don’t miss out on finding new friends everyday, like these people who said YES to the idea of drinking a cafecito with stranger and that stranger ended up being Ricky Martin! Can you believe it? You never know who you could find, life is full of surprises.
