I want to take a mini virtual tour of the exterior of one of the most beautiful houses in Mexico. I had the opportunity to be on Frida Kahlo Museum a couple of times in Mexico City, and it is simply inspiring, all the colors, crafts, art, culture represented in walls and decor is just wonderful, not to mention the area where the house is located is one of the prettiest in Mexico City, Coyoacan. It is the love of cobalt blue one of the main features in the house, by the way the house is also called  “The Blue House”, Frida always spoke of her passion and inspiration for colors. When I think of Mexico it always comes to mind a colorful culture, cobalt blue, hot pink, canary yellow and green flag.

This is a bit of what Frida and Diego created, where found inspiration, where they lived and the heritage they left behind.

What do you think of the cobalt blue in the gardens of the house? The combination of green plants, pre-hispanic art and rustic clay pots is just stunning!
