How to Make a Fun Hydration Station for your Outdoor PartiesLately the weather has been so nice around here. It brings back memories of the place I grew up. It’s name is Tabasco, one of the states in the South-East of Mexico. Some of the memories are about the backyard fiestas with family and friends that we used to plan on the weekends during this time of the year. They were a great way to celebrate special occasions, but also a great excuse to get together and have fun.Now that my baby has turned one year old, we started receiving cumpleaños invitations from some of his friends. It seems like now, as parents, we are creating these cool friendship connections that could turn into occasional fiestas in our backyard. This is such a cute idea. How to Make a Fun Hydration Station for your Outdoor PartiesOne cute idea to add to these special events, is to create a colorful, fun and interactive hydration station to keep all your guests refreshed and hydrated. A simple way to create a hydration stations is to fill a bucket with ice and water bottles and leave it in a place where everyone can reach it. I also like the idea of personalizing mini water bottles, my favorites are the 8 oz. Nestlé® Pure Life® Purified Water Share-A-Smile collection, with labels that fit the theme of your party. There are also other creative things that can be added to make a hydration station entertaining for everyone, that way you will send kids and adults straight to the refreshments.

  1. Create a craft area next to the hydration station with paper, balloons, crayons, coloring books, chalk and other crafty materials.
  2. Add some wooden crates with backyard toys, board games and other surprises to keep the kids entertained and active.

The idea is to invite everyone to get closer to the hydration station while staying refreshed and excited about the activities! This is such a cute idea.
